無法辦理退貨及瑕疵問題

  1. 超過七天鑑賞期
    產品已超過七天鑑賞期。

  2. 商品配件不全、吊牌已剪或商品已下水(未保持商品完整性)
    商品必須保持原有的完整性,包括所有配件和吊牌,且未使用過或穿過。

  3. 殘留非商品本身氣味,如香水、體味、煙味等
    商品必須無任何非商品本身的氣味。

  4. 不當試穿造成商品毀損、髒污、沾染毛絮
    商品不能因試穿不當而造成損壞、髒污或沾染毛絮。

 

退換貨須知

  1. 單筆訂單滿 NT$3,500 可享免運優惠
    訂單金額未達 NT$3,500,將收取運費:宅配(台灣本島)NT$60 / 超商取貨NT$80 。若退換貨後訂單總金額未滿 NT$3,500,則原有的免運優惠會被取消,需補足原出貨時的運費。

  2. 每筆訂單僅接受一次退換貨
    每筆訂單僅可辦理一次退換貨。

  3. 作為收件人,您需負責所有進口關稅和海關費用
    這些費用與運費分開計算,並因國家/地區而異。

    貼心叮嚀: 若因個人原因退貨次數過多,系統可能會暫停接受該會員的訂單,敬請見諒。

 

收到瑕疵商品流程

  1. 請將瑕疵商品的細部照片 E-mail 至客服信箱suhandmadedesign@gmail.com

  2. 在信件中提供以下資訊

    • 會員帳號
    • 訂單資訊
    • 手機號碼

    這些資訊有助於我們確認問題並進行處理。

  3. 我們將在確認後通過電子郵件回覆後續處理步驟。請注意查收郵件。我們希望與您建立良好的交易關係,但對於惡意訂購或退貨、以及不遵守相關規範的情況,Su Handmade Design 保留刪除會員帳號的權利。

    • 若確認商品無法處理或不符合退貨條件,我們將以貨到付款的方式將商品寄回給您(運費 NT$130 需由您自行負擔)。
    • 若無法取得聯繫,退貨申請僅保留 1 個月(從退貨申請日期開始計算),逾期將直接作廢,恕無法退回購物金或刷退,請注意避免影響您的權益。

 

避免認知上的不同,以下範圍的商品不屬於瑕疵商品

  1. 商品線頭
    商品上出現的線頭屬於正常現象,不視為瑕疵。

  2. 新品可能有原布料或染劑的氣味
    新產品可能會有輕微的氣味,經通風和清洗後會逐漸消除。

  3. 印刷商品的輕微印染不均現象或過季品、淺色商品的微小汙點(小於 0.5 平方公分)
    印刷商品可能有輕微的印染不均或微小汙點,屬於正常範疇。

  4. 商品與賣場圖片的輕微色差
    商品顏色可能與網上圖片存在輕微的差異,屬於正常範圍內。

 

Conditions for No Returns or Exchanges

  • Beyond the 7-Day Appreciation Period
    The product has been in your possession for more than 7 days.

  • Incomplete Accessories, Tags Cut, or Item Has Been Used (Not Maintaining Item Integrity)
    The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and tags, and should not have been used or worn.

  • Residual Non-Product Odors, Such as Perfume, Body Odor, or Cigarette Smoke
    The product must be free from any odors not related to the product itself.

  • Damage, Stains, or Lint Caused by Improper Handling or Wearing
    The product should not be damaged, soiled, or contaminated with lint due to improper handling or wearing.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Free Shipping for Orders Over NT$3,500
    For orders below NT$3,500, there will be a shipping fee: NT$60 for home delivery (Taiwan main island) / NT$80 for convenience store pickup. If a return or exchange causes the total order amount to fall below NT$3,500, the original shipping discount will be canceled, and you will need to cover the original shipping cost.
  2. One Return or Exchange Per Order
    Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange.

  3. As the Recipient, You Are Responsible for All Import Duties and Customs Fees
    These fees are separate from the shipping cost and vary depending on the country or region.

    Reminder: If returns are excessively frequent due to personal reasons, the system may suspend the acceptance of orders from that member. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Process for Handling Defective Products

  • Please email detailed photos of the defective item to our customer service at: suhandmadedesign@gmail.com

  • In the email, please provide the following information:

    • Your member account
    • Order details
    • Phone number

    This information will help us verify and address the issue.

  • After confirmation, we will respond via email with further instructions. Please check your email for updates. We strive to maintain a good business relationship, but we reserve the right to delete member accounts in cases of malicious orders or non-compliance with our policies.

    • If the item cannot be processed for return or does not meet the return conditions, we will return the item to you via COD (shipping fee of NT$130 at your expense).
    • If we cannot get in touch with you, the return request will be void after 1 month from the return request date. Please ensure timely communication to avoid losing your rights.

To Avoid Misunderstandings, the Following Issues Are Not Considered Defects

  1. Loose Threads on the Product
    Loose threads appearing on the product are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

  2. Slight Odor from New Products
    New products may have a slight odor from the fabric or dye. This is normal and will gradually disappear after airing out and washing.

  3. Minor Print Imperfections or Small Stains on Seasonal/Light-Colored Products (Less Than 0.5 cm²)
    Printed products may have slight print inconsistencies or tiny stains, which are considered normal.

  4. Minor Color Differences Between the Product and Online Images
    There may be slight color variations between the actual product and the images displayed online, which is within the normal range.
